About Us


Myrna F. Saliba, also known as Bahrain #1 Fitness Guru, is your Instructor. Myrna holds a masters degree in physical education, and is a certified personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She is a running coach certified by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and is a keen dedicated marathoner and ultramarathoner. Myrna is presently in the process of certifying as a Wellness Coach, and is a part-time graduate student pursuing a degree in Doctor of Naturopathy.

Myrna is pro-nature, and an environmental activist. She believes in the power of the mind, the development of the soul and inner strength for healing. Her mission is to help an individual be successful in attaining their own personal goals, whatever they may be. Myrna's own fitness goals are healthy living, and wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

Myrna is currently training for a full-distance Ironman. Her goal is to qualify for the world championships in Kona Hawaii.

Myrna is also a Public Speaker, and a wellness freelance writer. Many of you have read her articles as well as her fitness/wellness section in the Ohlala Arabia monthly Magazine.
