Boot Camp Details
What is it?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching &
motivational training provided by Myrna,
your fitness Boot Camp Instructor.
Where are the locations for the camps?
Boot Camps will be held in the Bahrain Financial Harbor District in the Manama see front area. Men's bootcamps
are held at 7am and women's bootcamps are held at 9am.
You will receive more information on the location after signing
up for your Boot Camp. Alternate
locations will be provided for bad weather
days.
What if I'm not
very physically fit? NOBODY
will be left behind or asked to complete more than they
are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home
unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are
welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase
in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by
others.
What
types of exercises are included in the
program? Exercises include: core conditioning,
functional training, short distance running (less than
one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit
training, obstacle courses, Pilates
mat exercises, surprises and more! This technique was
developed by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.
Camps are
held outdoors. Directions will be given at your first
assessment. You will receive your schedule prior to camp.
How often will we meet? Participants will meet every Saturday through
Wednesday for one hour, 3, 4 or 5 times a week according to their plan, during the four-week program. All
participants must arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle,
running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You
can purchase hand weights at the Ashe wellness specialty running and walking store, locaed on the
3rd floor of the Bahrain Harbor Mall, or any sports store in the Kingdon of Bahrain.
What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit
and toned, and you will gain more confidence and
self-esteem! By participating, you will also get your Boot Camp
t-shirt!
Why should I participate? You will make a dramatic improvement in
your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll
meet great people who share your same passion for
acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be
finished with your training early in the day. And, you'll be several hundred
calories ahead of everyone else!
What is the cost?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of BD115 for 20
hours of instruction and motivation! That's less than BD6 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or
cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Other Options: Can't quite make it 5 days per week? We also offer a four day per week program.
The cost for the four day program is BD95. You can also choose to come three days per week for a total cost of BD75.
Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5 day per week program. We know this
from years of experience!
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach
prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
What do I save by signing up for more sessions?
We have done the math, it is all tabulated for you! But hey, remember the most important benefit is while
you save money you shed inches and you get in better shape faster!
